Richiesta di informazioni e/o preventivo e/o appuntamento

Utilizzo	Contattare l'interessato per soddisfare la richiesta inoltrata.
Periodo di Conservazione	In assenza di riscontri attivi da parte dell'interessato, i dati saranno conservati 12 mesi.

Destinatari dei dati

I dati non saranno comunicati ad altri soggetti, ovvero non verranno ceduti a terzi per nessuna attività, né saranno oggetto di diffusione.

Modalità di trattamento e conservazione

I dati verranno trattati con le seguenti modalità:

raccolta dati in apposito database;
registrazione ed elaborazione su supporto cartaceo e/o magnetico;
organizzazione degli archivi in forma prevalentemente automatizzata, mettendo in atto misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate al livello di sicurezza e riservatezza dei dati, come da GDPR art. 25, e comunque non inferiori al Disciplinare Tecnico in materia di misure minime di sicurezza, Allegato B del Codice della Privacy;
tutti i dati sono protetti attraverso l'uso di antivirus, firewall e protezione attraverso password.

Diritti dell'interessato

Ai sensi ai sensi degli art. 15-20 del GDPR vi segnaliamo che i vostri diritti in ordine al trattamento dei dati:

Accesso ai dati. L'interessato ha diritto a conoscere, mediante accesso gratuito, l'esistenza e le categorie di dati conservati che sono oggetto di trattamenti; le finalità di tali trattamenti, eventuali destinatari terzi di tali dati, il periodo di conservazione, l'eventuale utilizzo ai fini di profilazione; l'origine di tali dati.
In caso il numero di richiesto o l'onere per soddisfare la richiesta lo richieda, il titolare del trattamento può addebitare un contributo spese ragionevole basato sui costi amministrativi.
Rettifica dei dati. L'interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal titolare del trattamento la rettifica o l'integrazione dei dati personali inesatti o incompleti.
Cancellazione dei dati. L'interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal titolare del trattamento la cancellazione dei dati personali che lo riguardano.
Portabilità dei dati. In caso il trattamento sia effettuato con mezzi automatizzati, l'interessato ha il diritto di ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico i dati personali che lo riguardano forniti a un titolare del trattamento e ha il diritto di trasmettere tali dati a un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti da parte del titolare del trattamento cui li ha forniti.
Reclamo a un'autorità di controllo. L'interessato ha il diritto di proporre reclamo a un'autorità di controllo, che in Italia è il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali http://www.garanteprivacy.it/

Per l'esercizio dei diritti sopra elencati è sufficiente contattare il titolare del trattamento attraverso i dati di contatto indicati all'inizio di questa pagina. Fa eccezione l'ultimo punto in elenco, per il quale ovviamente va contattato direttamente il Garante.

Usage: Contact the data subject to fulfill the submitted request.
Retention Period: In the absence of active feedback from the data subject, data will be kept for 12 months.

Data Recipients

Data will not be disclosed to other parties, meaning they will not be passed on to third parties for any activity, nor will they be disseminated.

Processing and Retention Methods

Data will be processed using the following methods:

Collection of data in a dedicated database;
Registration and processing on paper and/or magnetic media;
Organization of archives in a predominantly automated form, implementing technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security and confidentiality of the data, as per Art. 25 of the GDPR, and in any case no lower than the Technical Regulations on minimum security measures, Annex B of the Privacy Code;
All data are protected through the use of antivirus, firewalls, and password protection.

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Articles 15-20 of the GDPR, we inform you of your rights regarding data processing:

Right of access: The data subject has the right to obtain, through free access, confirmation of the existence and categories of stored data that are subject to processing; the purposes of such processing, any third-party recipients of such data, the retention period, any use for profiling purposes, and the origin of such data. If the number of requests or the burden of fulfilling the request so requires, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
Right to rectification: The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification or integration of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure: The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning them.
Right to data portability: If the processing is carried out by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the controller to which they have been provided.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (http://www.garanteprivacy.it/).
